QUALIFICATIONS:

• REGISTERED NURSE
• With minimum 5 year experience as registered Nurse- in which at least 1 year exposure in primary care, rural or public health service
• Experience practicing in older persons health (over 65yrs) and long term conditions including dementia
• Formal BLS certification completed within last 18 months  
• Good competence in spoken and written English
