Trade Test

Trade Testing is carried out in the presence of a client or its technical representative. Testing of skills is mandatory to determine the overall competence and eligibility of a candidate for the position unto which he is applying for. In welding, for example, the skill of a welder is tried through actual weld test on a certain process according to client's welding procedure specification. The same is true with other trades - the workers are being tested in accordance to their skills and trade testing is always based on the client's requirements and specifications.
