QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experienced in installing longrun roofing (corrugated/trapezoidal), working with Colorsteel or Zincalume, and fitting flashings, ridges, valleys, and barge boards. Familiar with NZ brands like Dimond and Steel & Tube. - Roof Framing: Able to work with trusses, rafters, and purlins; reads roof plans; uses laser levels, chalk lines, and framing squares for accurate layout. - Waterproofing: Skilled in torch-on membrane, Butynol rubber, and liquid membrane systems for flat and low-slope roofs. - Tile Roofing: Installs concrete or clay tiles (e.g., Monier/Gerard), battens, and hip/ridge systems using both mortar and dry-fix techniques. - Insulation & Underlay: Lays underlays like Thermakraft/Tyvek, installs sarking and insulation, and works with moisture barriers.
