- Must have MIG welding experience on structural components (e.g., I-beams, H-beams, columns).

- Candidates must also have fabrication experience, not just welding.

- Should be able to read plans, mark and cut materials, and assemble based on drawings.

 

- Trade test will include both plate welding and fabrication.
